What is doris hare?

Doris Hare (1 March 1905 – 30 May 2000) was an English actress who appeared in films, television series, and on stage. She was born in Bargoed, Wales and trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Hare became best known for her role as Mrs. Ethel Meaker in the BBC television series, "On the Buses". She also appeared in a number of other series, including "The Duchess of Duke Street", "The Bill", and "EastEnders". Hare continued to work as an actress until her death in 2000 at the age of 95.
